A Fresh American Menu

Our menu includes daily and weekly specials that take advantage of the best in local and seasonal products. We source our lunch and dinner menus from as many local and regional food growers and producers as possible to bring our guests the best in home cookin!! The Kitchen also serves up some of the best house made desserts including our Washington Apple Crisp and Chuckanut Bread Pudding.

For those wanting more information about pairing Chuckanut's beers to the Kitchen's food, the menu offers some great suggestions.

Some of our past specials have included:
Taylor Shellfish Farm Mussels and Clams simmered in Vienna Lager, fresh tomatoes, and herbs; Fresh "Barlean's Salmon" Tacos with red cabbage slaw on corn tortillas with black beans and rice; pan seared Halibut with potato cakes, lemon caper butter, and roasted veggies; Chuckanut Brewery BBQ Chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.

Our Locavore menu is delicious! The menu consists of delightful dishes prepared with ingredients from local vendors. It has been a huge success since it kicked off in May and continues to change every 3 weeks with the growing season. Be sure to check back often to see what's new!

A Children’s Menu is also be available for families that visit the Kitchen.

Our Brewery Kitchen atmosphere is inspiring, friendly, and lively. We have a dining room and outdoor patio seating that makes this an ideal environment for guests of all ages to enjoy live music, great food, and award-winning beers.
