A fresh American menu is available along with Chuckanut Brewery beer, wine, and beverages. The menu includes daily and weekly specials that take advantage of the best in local and seasonal products with recipes globally and locally influenced.

Some of our past specials have included:
Taylor Shellfish Farm Mussels and Clams simmered in Vienna Lager, fresh tomatoes, and herbs; Fresh "Barlean's Salmon" Tacos with red cabbage slaw on corn tortillas with black beans and rice; various special pizzas; pan seared Halibut with potato cakes, lemon caper butter, and roasted veggies; Chuckanut Brewery BBQ Chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies.

Suggestions on the menu for pairing the different styles of beer with the Kitchen’s fresh food is offered for those wanting more information about pairing beer to food. Our Brewery Kitchen atmosphere is inspiring, friendly, and lively with opportunities to enjoy live music, table talks, brewmaster dinners, and other activities.

A children’s menu is also be available for families that visit the Kitchen.

Local Food
We are always looking to support local growers and businesses and currently partner with the following groups to bring the freshest ingredients into our Standard Recipes and Daily Specials:

Mt. Bakery, Downtown Bellingham: Most of our delicious desserts come from the Mt. Bakery located just a few blocks from the brewery. We love their chocolate truffle cake, peanut butter pie, and luscious cheesecakes.

Breadfarm, Bow/Edison (just off Chuckanut Drive): Their Sandwich Rye is what makes our Oy Vey Reuben so delicious and our special BLT on Ciabatta.

Pastazza, Barkley Square, Bellingham: Their handmade shell noodles complete our delicious Special Mac & Cheese.

Barlean's Fish, North Bellingham: Only the highest quality fresh Salmon, Halibut, and whatever other fish the chef might order.

Taylor Shellfish Farm, Chuckanut Drive: Our 'Special' Mussels steamed in our own Vienna Lager, local tomatoes, and fresh herbs is one of our most popular evening specials if you're lucky to catch it. We hope to do other Specials in the future with their great shellfish.

Devine Gardens, Bellingham: They have the best field greens around and whenever we can get their fresh grown vegetables for our Roasted Veggies we do! We are really excited that they'll be able to supply us through the winter with their fresh field greens and other winter crops!

Dairy Distributing, Old Town, Bellingham: Our dairy distributor is just down the street from us in Old Town! All our milk, cream, and butter comes our way from our local milk person (they sometimes walk it over it's so close)! Fresh as you can get.
