We are always looking to support local growers and businesses and frequently partner with the following groups to bring the freshest ingredients into our Standard Recipes and Daily Specials.
Old World Deli, Bellingham WA: Old-world style specialty meats and cheeses that are occasionally offered on our Locavore Menu.
Barlean's Fish, North Bellingham: Only the highest quality fresh Salmon, Halibut, and whatever other fish the chef might order.
Taylor Shellfish Farm, Chuckanut Drive: Our Shellfish Bowl uses their plump mussels & manilla clams. The cooks prepare them in different sauces often using our beer. Ask the server for the night’s special recipe.
Twisted S Ranch, Ferndale, WA: Our bison specials are made from these fabulous local buffalo products.
Bellingham Pasta Company, Downtown, Bellingham: Offering a broad range of pasta from high quality ingredients focusing on regional trade and locally produced products. We use their pastas in our creamy Holly St. Mac & Cheese and other pasta specials.
Avenue Bread, Bellingham, WA: We are very excited about using their Marble Rye for our traditional Oy Vey Reuben. Paired with our homemade corned beef, Chuckanut beer sauerkraut, and Chuckanut beer seeded mustard we offer up one of the best Reuben's in the Northwest.
All our desserts are made in house and sometimes include use of our beers in the recipe! In the past our list of desserts have included: Brown Ale Chocolate Mousse, Bread Pudding with Vienna Lager Vanilla sauce & fresh Whipped Cream, White Chocolate Cheesecake with Strawberry Coulis, Fresh Ginger Cake, and lots more!
