Mellow, light body with delicate fresh floral hop aromas make this effervescent ale easy to drink. Golden Ales are straw to golden blonde in color. Chuckanut’s Golden has a dry palate, light to medium body, and delicate malt sweetness. Bitterness is low to medium.
FOOD PAIRING // Delicate fish pairs well with the Golden Ale. The malt flavor of the beer works very with Thai dishes, try it with our Thai Chili Beef Salad or Chicken Satay. Hearty Sheppard’s Pie will find delight with a Golden Ale and bring on fresh salads as they will shine with the brightness of our Golden Ale.
